Hi! My name is Tara and I am the creator behind Craftara Creates.

My favorite thing to do is dream up fun and creative crafts with my Cricut machines. Through this site I will help you learn fun Cricut techniques, create amazing projects and inspire you to try something new.

I totally understand that mastering your Cricut machine is difficult and feels overwhelming.

Think about it… Cricut offers 5 different cutting machines, multiple heat press options, weeding tools, cutting mats, smart materials, infusible ink – the list goes on.

And let’s not forget that Cricut has their own design software that is frequently updated and constantly changing too.

That is a metric TON of information, tips, tricks, and tutorials to store in your brain as you are learning to master your machine.

I’ve spent time working with my Cricut machines and working with Cricut crafters just like you. What I have learned is that many Cricut crafters are afraid of failure and that fear holds them back from mastering their machine. Many crafters don’t realize that (~~failure~~) learning is an important part of the process.

The reason why I succeed with all the Cricut projects I try is because I plan, make and learn. I don’t believe in project failures; I believe in opportunities for learning.
